What to include in your email
Use one of the subject lines below so we can route your message quickly:
Subject: “Privacy Request”
To request deletion of your personal information, ask what data we hold, or exercise any other privacy right. Include the email or phone number you submitted with your review.
Subject: “Review Appeal”
If your review was declined and you believe it was in error. Include the landlord name and property address.
Subject: “Content Report”
To report a published review that you believe violates our Content Policy (doxxing, threats, fraud, etc.). Include the URL of the review.
Subject: “Landlord Dispute”
If you are a landlord and believe a specific review is fraudulent. Include the URL and the reason you believe the review is fabricated.
Subject: “General Question”
For anything else — how the platform works, press inquiries, partnerships, or feedback.
