The Hyve is one of the best-located properties in Tempe, especially if you plan to stay close to ASU. In addition to its convenient location, the property offers excellent amenities, including 24/7 access to the study space and lobby with Wi-Fi, a Barbeque area, as well as a swimming pool that is maintained daily. The management team is highly responsive and professional. Whenever a maintenance ticket is submitted, they make every effort to resolve it promptly during office hours. The rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and comfortable. The layout also works well for shared living, especially if you’re only sharing the kitchen. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here and would highly recommend The Hyve to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay near ASU.
