Legends Winter Springs

Definitely an older Florida apartment building. Some “landlord special” fixes but overall a great apartment complex and they’re trying to get it better. Maintenance crew is 10/10, they pretty much know what they’re doing and they don’t have a high turnover. For the price you’re paying it’s fantastic, good place to live.
