Right next to Glenwood Ave but still a very low key property for the most part. Car was broken in under the last management. Pool is forever broken. Dog parks need some love. Air - is a new property management company that just took over maybe 2 months ago. I can tell they are trying to turn the aesthetics around but they aren’t personable in office. Our building has ants real bad but they’ve sent pest control fast every time.
